General terms and conditions

The terms and conditions mentioned in the relevant quotation, order confirmation or agreement apply to the services of vb&t Brandveiligheid. For consultancy services, De Nieuwe Regeling 2025 (DNR 2025) will be used in principle, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The DNR 2025 covers the general terms and conditions for the design, advice and organisation of the built environment for clients and contractors. It is a balanced and widely used arrangement for concluding agreements between advisors and clients. The DNR is a joint initiative of the Association of Dutch Architects (BNA) and NLingenieurs. In conjunction with the DNR 2025, a number of other documents have been drawn up, such as the Standard Task Description (STB).
